1、 Adopt 0.1μm MBR flat membrane modular product, submerged installation; perform sludge concentration and solid-liquid separation under micro vacuum.
2、Through the MBR membrane process combined with microbial water treatment technology, the membrane pool can be operated at ultra-high sludge concentration, the activated sludge age (SRT) is long, the sludge output is low, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) is short, so that the minimum footprint and strong load impact resistance are achieved. At the same time, it removes COD, BOD5, NH3-N, and TN. The effluent quality is stable, and the produced water can reach the class IV discharge standard of surface water.
3、Integrated PLC logic control. High degree of automation; real-time monitoring and operation through APP and human-computer interaction interface.
Innovation point
1、 The self-developed hollow plate ceramic membrane is adopted to replace the popular hollow fiber organic membrane and flat organic membrane on the market. As the most critical part of the MBR system, the high flux and high anti-fouling ability of the hollow plate ceramic membrane is much better than that of organic membrane materials;
2、The external membrane structure is adopted, and the ceramic membrane equipment is easy to clean and maintain; the independently developed MBR membrane product has high flux and high anti-fouling ability;
3、 High degree of automation, real-time monitoring and operation can be performed through APP and human-computer interaction interface;
4、Low energy consumption, only 0.8 kWh per ton of water;
5、 The treated water can be reused for flushing and refilling.
